Claude Code skill that bootstraps a 4-layer project memory system
(CodeGraph + GitNexus MCP servers + project CLAUDE.md section +
Obsidian vault folder + auto-memory pointer) in any local project on macOS.

**Status:** Design complete, implementation pending.
